Lean in, Pivot, Adapt: Managing Your Publishing Career for The Long Run

with author Teresa Robeson

Unless your plan is "one and done," most writers are thinking of writing as a long-term career.

But the publishing path is windy, bumpy, full of potholes and there is no definitive GPS or map to guide you. Navigating it is sometimes like driving on a foggy mountain road at night with your headlights out. The best that you can do is look at how others before you have made the journey and use that as a guide. Teresa Robeson, an ALA Youth Media Award Picture Book Winner, will share how she navigates that path, avoiding potential quicksand, dodging poison arrows, and growing a backbone in addition. She hopes that what she learned will be of use to you as you go on your own epic publishing journey.

This webinar purchase includes lifetime access to the 95-minute video, transcript, and downloadable audio track.
